20 oz. Monterey Jack
Scant 3 T. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 ¼ cup beer
1 ½ T. Lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. salt.
Cubed bread

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese and toss with flour and spices. Set aside

Heat beer over high heat. When hot, add all but salt until melted and smooth. Add salt and transfer to warm fondue pot.

Serve with cubed bread.
