2 lbs. ground round or sirloin
1 c. rice
2 cans Campbells tomato soup
c minced onion
Green pepper tops, chopped
1 tbsp. Worchester sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off green peppers, and chop.

Brown ground beef, green pepper, onion and rice in a skillet. Drain fat. Par boil green peppers for approximately 3 minutes.

Place drained peppers in a casserole dish. Add tomato soup and Worchester sauce to meat mixture and stuff green peppers with meat mixture.

(Theresa's note: I always leave some meat mixture outside the peppers, too. )

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
