DOUGH

3 oz soften cream cheese
1 cup + 1 Tbsp flour
cup soften butter

Combine all three ingredients with consistency of pie dough. Press into mini muffin tins with fingers of or mini dough presser.
 

LEMON TARTS

1 - 6oz frozen lemonade
1 - can condensed milk
1 - 8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all three ingredients. Spoon into cool baked mini shells and refrigerate until firm.
 

PECAN TART FILLING


Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp butter(melted)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into unbaked mini shells. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
