4 TBSP unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup of Parmigianno Reggiano, finely grated
1 pint of organic heavy whipping cream
1 bag of Mafalde pasta
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, minced
Sea salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste

In a saucepan melt unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and gently sauté until golden, about 2 minutes. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, stir and let simmer for 8-10 minutes until thicker. Don't stir too much or you'll break the cream sauce!

Gently fold in the finely grated parm until melted. (You can also use Asiago or Pecorino Romano cheese for a delish & more affordable substitute.) Stir in minced parsley and add sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.

Cook the pasta al dente in generously salted water as per package instructions. Strain and add to sauce. Fold pasta into sauce for about 1 minute to coat every noodle with creamy goodness. Serve with extra grated cheese top.
