Ingredients:
2 cups Jasmine rice, cooked
2 TBSP unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice in salted water as per package directions. Fluff and let cool. Melt 2 tbsp of unsalted butter in a large pan and add cooked rice in an even layer on top. Do not stir/fold the butter into the rice! Just pat the rice down in an even layer over melted butter to form a sort of "cake" layer. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
