2 Tbls olive oil
4 Tbls fresh chopped sage
8 cloves garlic minced
4 bone in chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
In a small bowl mix the sage, oil & garlic. Rub the chicken with the mixture, thoroughly coating it and getting under the skin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Bake for 10 min or until the skin begins to crisp.
Reduce the heat to 375 and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from heat & enjoy!
