1.5 lbs Boomer Gold Little Potatoes
4 tsp garlic salt divided use
pepper to taste
4 tbsp salted butter sliced into cubes
1 lb (16 oz) container shredded pork BBQ
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mixed cheeses) divided use
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup sliced green onion

Instructions
Preheat the grill to 400f degrees. Slice Booomer Gold yellow creamer potatoes in half.
Spray a large sheet of aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place 1 cup of sliced Little Potatoes on top of aluminum foil.
Season potatoes with 1 tsp. garlic salt and pepper (to taste)
Dot one tablespoon butter on top of Creamer potatoes.
Next, dollop about 1/2 cup of shredded pork BBQ on top of potatoes.
Finally, top with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup bacon pieces.

Wrap the packet up by folding in the sides. Continue with the last 3 packets.
Place on the preheated grill and cook for about 20 minutes (until potatoes are fork tender.)
