1 Head of Cauliflower (washed and cut into florets)
¾ C Flour
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt
¾ C Buttermilk

Favorite Buffalo Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425º and line sheet pans with parchment paper.

Cut and wash your head of cauliflower into bite sized florets.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the spices and the flour then combine with the buttermilk. The mixture will be thick!

Dredge your florets through the mix and shake off any excess batter in the bowl.

Place your florets on the parchment paper and make sure there is enough space in between each piece.

Cook for 15 minutes then flip before continuing to cook the remaining 15 minutes.

Once the cauliflower has cooked, toss in your favorite buffalo sauce and serve!

These can also be cooked in an air fryer for 20 minutes at 400 or a regular fryer for crispier batter!
