1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup pickle relish (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl mix mayo with chili sauce and chopped HC eggs and celery until gently blended. Chill well and serve on lettuce wedges or salad.

Mom begged this recipe from the airport restaurant in Glendive, Montana. It was one of the first salads we ever had other than Wilted Garden Lettuce.
