3-4 lbs. pork roast
5-6 garlic cloves, halved
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. water
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Score pork. Make slits throughout and stuff with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put onion and bell pepper on top of roast. Pour 1 c. water in pan. Bake at 350º 30 minutes per pound. Baste with drippings several times while cooking. GRAVY: Put pork drippings in skillet. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 c. water; add to drippings. Heat on medium until thickened. If too thick, add more water a little at a time.
