Dry ingredients
4 C flour. Half white half brown rice flour. (or regular flour)
1 C white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking soda
4 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Xantham (omit if using flour)

Wet ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 c greek full fat yogurt
1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Buttermilk
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/5 c milk if needed.
1 1/2 c little frozen blueberries.


Topping
1/2 c finely Chopped Pecan
1 c Brown sugar
1 T Cinnamon
2 T White sugar.
1/4 cup chopped butter

Mix wet ingredients
Mix Dry ingredients
combine wet and dry ingredients together, don't over mix.

place in muffin pan

combine topping ingredients and spoon onto of uncooked muffin tops


Sprinkle white sugar additionally on top.

Bake 375 for about 25 minutes.
