1/4 C Shortening
1/4 C Oleo
1 C Sugar
1 1/2 C Flour
2 Egg Yolks (save whites for top)
1 Whole Egg
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 - 1 C Chopped Nuts
1/2 - 1 C Chocolate Chips
1/2 - 1 C Small Marshmallows
1 C Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream shortening, olea and sugar. Add yolks and whole egg. Beat. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat.

Spread in a 13x9 pan.

Sprinkler top with nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Beat two egg whites until stiff. Fold in brown sugar. Spread on top.

Bake for 35 minutes. Cool before cutting.
