4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
2 tsp salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl, cut in shortening. Add just enough water to hold together as pie crust. Roll thin and cut in squares or triangles. Deep fry in hot oil until brown and puffy. Drain on paper towel-cut one end off triangle or small hole in one side of square and fill with hot chili or your favorite jam, jelly or honey and butter.
