4 squares sweet chocolate or chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 C oil
2 C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 C grated raw zucchini
3 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 C chopped nuts
1 C raisins
1 C pineapple (crushed)

Frosting:
1 small pkg cream cheese
2 C powdered sugar
⅔ Stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Melt chocolate over hot water using double boiler. Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in grated zucchini and melted chocolate. Sift together dry ingredients, blend into creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Bake in 9x13” greased pan until done. Frost with frosting.
