1 C flour
1 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 egg beaten until fluffy
1 large can fruit cocktail, well drained

Topping:
½ C brown sugar
½ C nuts
Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix together, flour, sugar and baking powder. Add beaten egg. Add 1 can fruit cocktail. Fold into mixture until dry ingredients are moist. Spread in to 9x12” pan (greased). Mix topping ingredients together. Sprinkle on top of cake batter. Bake 45 minutes. Or if choosing to bake in 300º oven, bake for 1 hour.
