2 egg yolks

1 cup butter (I use half butter and half crisco)
1 can of Solo filling (Lowe’s foods usually has it)
Or very thick fruit preserves. Jelly or thin preserves will run.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix like pie dough. Add yolks and mix. Shape into ball and put into mixing bowl and cover right over dough ball with wax paper. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Let dough sit out for about 15 minutes before rolling out. Divide dough into 4 small balls. Roll out on mat with a flour powder sugar mixture. Cut dough into small squares.

Put a big dab of Solo in the middle of the dough square. Take opposite points of square and fold together and pinch to look like a bow tie. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

375 degrees
10- 15 minutes or until slightly golden
Let cool completely
Dust with powder sugar right before serving
