1 bag of frozen hash browns - thawed
Drizzle 6 tbsp of melted butter over hash browns.
Bake for 20 min at 400

Dice 2 cups of ham or 1 lb of sausage browned and drained and to hash browns.
6 eggs
1 cup of milk
Beat milk and eggs together and pore onto the hash browns.
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in oven uncovered at 350 for 25-30 min. or until and inserted knife poked intot the middle comes out clean.
Let stand for 5-10 min to set.
