1½ C sugar
3 T flour
½ tsp nutmeg
1 T butter
2 well- beaten eggs
3 C cut rhubarb
1 recipe plain pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in 9” pastry lined pie pan. Top with pastry cut in fancy shapes. Bake 10 minutes then turn down temp to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
