Chicken Paprikas:
2 pounds chicken pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon paprika
2 pieces green pepper
1 cube chicken bullion
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoons flour
cup water
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons ketchup

Hungarian Dumplings:
3 eggs
2 cupl flour
cup water
1 teaspoon salt

Chicken Paprikas:
Brown chicken and onions in a little bit of oil. Dissolve bullion cube in hot water. Add paprika, water, bullion, and green pepper to pan. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Whisk the cup water with the flour to make a slurry. Pour the slurry into the liquid in the pan. Stir until thickened. Reduce heat and add ketchup and sour cream. Cut chicken up into bite size pieces and return to pan with sauce.

Hungarian Dumplings:
Beat eggs with fork in a bowl. Add everything else and blend well. Pour batter onto plate or small cutting board. Cut off small pieces with a knife and flick into boiling water. Cook 10 minutes. Drain and add to sauce with chicken. These dumplings are great alone with a little bit of butter and parsley.
