¾ - 1 C sugar (white)
¾ - 1 C brown sugar
1 C shortening (1/2 shortening, 1/2 oleo)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 C oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1 C chopped nuts
1 C coconut
1 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Cream sugar, brown sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking soda, oatmeal, baking powder. Mix well. Add nuts, coconut and chocolate chips. Place scoops of dough on untreated cookie sheets.

Bake until lightly brown, 10-12 minutes
