1 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon dry parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the ingredients together.
Using a spatula, pour the mixture onto the prepared pan.
Use your hands to flatten the mixture so that it is paper thin.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until crispy.
Make sure to check the crackers every 5 minutes as they do cook quite fast.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Using kitchen shears, cut square crackers.
