Chili Seasoning: 1 T. chili powder, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. oregano, ½ tsp. paprika, ½ tsp. onion powder, ¼ tsp. thyme *This will season 1 batch of chili using 1 pound of ground beef.

Poultry Seasoning: 2 T. thyme, 1 T. rosemary, 1 T. sage, 1 tsp. marjoram, ½ tsp. ground pepper, ½ tsp. celery seed, ½ tsp. nutmeg *This makes a large batch of seasoning, enough to season 2 medium fryer chickens. Cut the recipe in half for a smaller batch that will season about 2-3 lbs. of chicken breasts or thighs.

Italian Seasoning: 1½ tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. parsley, 1 tsp. thyme, ½ tsp. basil, ½ tsp. sage, ½ tsp. sea salt, ½ tsp. ground pepper. *Use this seasoning in pasta sauce, Italian dressing or as a seasoning for approximately 1 lb. of chicken or fish.

Southwest Seasoning: 1 T. garlic powder, 1 T. chili powder, 1 T. onion powder, 1 T. smoked paprika, 2 tsp. cumin, ½ tsp. chipotle powder. *Try this smoky southwest seasoning on any of your favorite meats, it is excellent for grilling. This will season approximately 2-3 lbs. of meat. It's also a great mix for homemade dips and dressings.

Taco Seasoning: 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. garlic powder, ½ tsp. paprika, ½ tsp. cumin, ½ tsp. onion powder, ¼ tsp. sea salt, ¼ tsp. ground pepper, ¼ tsp. cayenne, ¼ tsp. oregano. *This will season approximately 1 lb. of ground beef.

Jerk Seasoning: 2 tsp. allspice, 2 tsp. cumin, 2 tsp. coconut sugar, 1 tsp. sage, 1 tsp. thyme, ½ tsp. nutmeg, ½ tsp. sea salt, ¼ tsp. cayenne, 1 lime- lime juice *This will season approximately 2 lbs. of chicken and works great as a marinade, too.

BBQ Seasoning: 1 T. sea salt, 1 T. ground pepper, 1 T. chili powder, 1 T. garlic powder, 1 T. paprika, 1 T. onion powder *This is another large batch of seasoning, enough to season 2 medium fryer chickens. cut this recipe in half for a smaller batch that will season about 2-3 lbs. of chicken, fish, pork or beef. It is great on everything.

Curry Seasoning: 1 T. turmeric, 2 tsp. coriander, 1½ tsp. cumin, ¾ tsp. ground mustard, ½ tsp. cardamom, ½ tsp. ground cloves, ½ tsp. nutmeg, ⅛ tsp. cayenne. *The next time you make curry, whip up a batch of this seasoning. Season to taste as desired.

Ranch Seasoning: 1 T. parsley, 1 T. chives, 1 T. dill weed, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. onion flakes, 2 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. sea salt, ½ tsp. ground pepper. *Use this homemade seasoning in place of prepackaged ranch mix. It's excellent on chicken and pork chops and will season approximately 2-3 lbs. of meat.

Cajun Seasoning: 1 tsp. sea salt, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, ½ tsp. oregano, ½ tsp. onion powder, ½ tsp. thyme, ¼ tsp. black pepper, ¼ tsp. cayenne. *This is a great Cajun bend to spice up any meat or seafood. Excellent on shrimp and it will season approximately 1 lb. of meat.
