6-7 lbs of spare ribs
4 T soy sauce
Fresh ground pepper
½ c brown sugar
⅓ c ketchup
⅓ c white vinegar
3 T soy sauce
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 t fresh ground ginger
1 large chopped onion
8 oz. can of pineapple chunks

Directions:

Pour 4 T soy sauce over ribs. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Bake ½ hour at 450º and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Remove excess fat chunks (leave juice). Mix brown sugar, ketchup, white vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, ground ginger, onion, and pineapple chunks in a large bowl. Pour mixture over ribs and bake at 325º for 3 hours.
