Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 to 10 pound spiral-cut ham, fully cooked
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Put the ham in a large pan. Put remaining ingredients in a double boiler. Heat until butter is melted. Whisk to combine. Reduce heat to low. The hot water will keep the glaze warm as you use it for basting. Baste the ham with the glaze, put in the oven and bake 12 minutes per pound (10 pounds = 120 minutes = 2 hours). Baste every 15 minutes or so. Bake to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees. Watch to make sure the glaze does not burn. If the ham is not brown enough for your liking, you can broil it to caramelize the top. Let the ham rest for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
