4 cups diced potatoes
3/4 cup diced white onion
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup flower
1½ cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream

Toppings:
Chives
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Add potatoes, onion, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to crock pot.

Cook on Low for 6 hours OR High for 4 hours.

At 5 hours 30 minutes:
In large sauce or fry pan, melt butter then add flour. Stir to mix. Add heavy cream and mix well. Add sour cream and mix well until consistency of sour cream. Add to crock pot and cook on Low for 30 more minutes.

Top each serving with chives, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
