1/2 cup + 2 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger, all spice and nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
3 T. butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 pounds pears, apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a bake pan in parchment paper. For the topping: in a food processor add 1/2 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and ginger and butter. Pulse until crumbly.
For the filling: combine pears, sugar, 2 T flour, spices and vanilla until well pears are well coated. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle the topping over the filling. Bake until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden 55-60 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
