2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 shallot, minced
1 jalepeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tsp dry jerk seasoning (or chili powder)
2 tsp fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mangoes, bell pepper, cilantro, shallot, jalapeno, ginger, jerk seasoning and lime juice in a medium bowl. Serve at once with cut up veggies. Store, covered, in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
