Chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless
fresh garlic
Fresh or dried herbs, Thyme,Rosemary, Flat Leaf Parsley
White Wine, I prefer Moscato byt you can use Pinot Gris, Sauv Blanc or Riesling
Dijon mustard
Chicken broth or chicken bouillon powder to season water
Half and Half
salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Season chicken, brown in oil or butter. Set aside.

Cook bacon in same pan until crispy. Set aside.

Discard bacon oil but leave about 2 Tbsp for sauteing.

Saute garlic and herbs. Add butter or olive oil if necessary.

Pour White wine to deglaze pan, enough for sauce. Simmer for about 3 minutes to reduce wine. Pour in cream and dijon mustard, mix and simmer. Reduce heat to thicken sauce.

Add parmesan if preferred. Season with salt, pepper, chicken bouillon powder .

Add Spinach. Chicken and Bacon.
