1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup boiling water
1 cup raisins
1 cup nutmeats
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 cups flour
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve soda in water and pour over nutmeats and raisins.
2. Sift together sugar, and cinnamon.
3. Mix with mayonnaise
4. Blend well
5, Add flour, water nutmeat mixture
6. Mix well
7. Add vanilla
8. Bake in oven 350-375º for 30 minutes or until done
