2 T fat (lard)
5 medium potatoes sliced
1 lb fresh sausage
2 large onions, sliced
3 T chopped pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt fat brown potatoes and put aside.
Brown sausage on both sides
Place potatoes, onions and seasonings over sausage
Pour tomato soup over all.
Bring to boil- switch to lowest heat and simmer for 45 minutes or till potatoes are soft
