Ingredients:  
3 slices bacon
1 egg, well beaten
1 T flour
1 cup milk
cup vinegar
cup sugar
tsp salt
1 quart salad greens (mixed)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bacon and fry until crisp

Remove bacon and add to greens
Add all other ingredients to beaten eff and pour into hot bacon fat
cook until thickened

Pour at once over salad greens
