Brownie:
1 cup marganine
cup cocoa
1 cup water

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 sp baking soda
tsp salt

1 egg, slightly beaten
cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
cup margarine
cup cocoa

7 T whipping creme
2 cups icing sugar
tsp vailla

Brownie:
Bring to boil the first 3 ingredients

Sift together the next 5 ingredients

Mix the 2 together

Add the remaining 3 ingredients

Bake in a deep cookie sheet @ 350 for 25-30 minutes

Icing:
Melt together margarine and cocoa

Add whipping creme, icing sugar and vanilla
** Measurements are approximate, mix to desired thickness and taste


Brownie Cake
This recipe can be made larger and baked as a cake
11x15 cake pan - double the brownie recipe & 1 the icing recipe
12x18 cake pan - triple the brownie recipe & double the icing recipe
