200 gr de farine forte
1 1/2 c.à.thé (3 gr) de poudre à lever
1 pincée de sel
2 oz ( 56 gr) de sucre à glacer
1 oeuf
12 oz (34 cl) de lait

Directions:
Directions:
Evider de grosses pommes et couper des tranches de 1/4 de pouce ( 0,64 cm) d'épaisseur.
Mélanger la farine, la poudre à lever, le sel et le sucre
Ajouter l'oeuf et le lait
Faire un mélange homogène
Tremper les tranches de pommes dans la pâte à frire et les plonger dans la friture bouillante. Retourner plusieurs fois durant la cuisson et égoutter sur une grille. Saupoudrer de sucre à glacer.
