1 lb. Blue Cheese, crumbled
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 c. real mayonnaise
1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
tsp. freshly ground black pepper
⅓ c. white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve cup of the crumbled blue cheese and set aside. Place the remaining cheese into a medium size mixing bowl, and beat with electric mixer to remove lumps, then add all remaining ingredients and beat together until salad dressing is thick, smooth and creamy. Stir in remaining crumbled cheese. Spoon over cold, crisp salad greens.
