1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg lemon gelatin
2/3 cup veggie oil
2/3 cup hot water
4 large eggs

Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly span a bunt pan with vegetable spray, and dust with flour. Mix the ingredients together, and mix for about 5 mins. Bake until the cake is light brown and pulls away from the edges. Cool for 10 mins. Prepare the glaze, and drizzle it over the cooled cake.
