1 - 4 oz. package blue cheese
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 - 5 oz. can evaporated milk
3-5 heaping T. mayonnaise
3 green onions - chopped finely
1 T. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. dry mustard powder
3 dashes Tabasco - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well with hand mixer.
Should be thick, but you can add more evaporated milk as you see fit.
For dressing consistency, add more evaporated milk.
Refrigerate. Best when made the day before serving.
Serve dip with ripple chips or veggies or pour dressing over your favorite greens!
