2 cups Kale
2.5 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and roughly chop the kale into bite size pieces. Lay the kale between clean kitchen towels or paper towels. Make sure kale is dry before placing in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil, salt and garlic powder over chips and mix well.

Spread the chips on the cookie sheet, make sure the kale is spread out in a thin layer. Bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the kale and rotate the cookie sheet in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes, or until kale is crunchy.

Let cool for five minutes, then enjoy!

Store in an air tight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
