20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 pkg (4 serving size) instant lemon pudding
1 c milk
1 tub (4 oz) cool whip
2 T lemon juice
1 (8" or 9") graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineappple well. Combine pudding mix and milk in medium bowl. With electric mixer, beat milk and pudding mix 2-3 minutes, until very thick. Fold in Cool Whip, drained pineapple and lemon juice. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
