1 lb sausage or bacon
2 slices of bread, cut into small cubes
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage or bacon; drain and crumble. Cover bottom of 13 x 9 dish with cubed bread, top with cooked meat.

Beat eggs; add milk and dry mustard and stir. Pour mixture over bread and meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Cook at 350 for 40 minutes. Cover with cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
