7 lb bone in pork butt or shoulder*
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp kosher salt
thats it! No other seasoning 😊

* If preparing for a party, purchase a larger roast and adjust seasonings accordingly

Directions:
Place pork roast fat side up in your slow cooker. Rub all over with Liquid Smoke and salt. Cook on low for 9-10 hours (I like to let mine cook overnight). Shred meat in the slow cooker and serve hot.

Personal Notes:
I made this for a Christina’s first birthday, a luau inspired party. I served it right put of the crockpot (set to warm) with Hawaiian rolls and barbecue sauce. Add Hawaiian potato salad and you’ve got a great party lunch!
