Marble Cheesecake Recipe

4 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 pounds cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, sugar and butter together.
Press into 9 inch springform pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add 3/4 cup of sugar then eggs 1 at a time.
Beat until well blended.
Add 1/4 cup sugar to melted chocolate.
Add chocolate to 1 1/2 - 2 cups of cream cheese mixture and mix until uniform color.
Place half of white mixture in pan, add half of chocolate mixture and repeat.
Run knife through to marble.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until set.
Crack open oven door and allow to cool then refrigerate.
