8 Cups chopped, peeled tomatoes (approximately 22 medium)
2 Cups chopped onion
4 Cups chopped green peppers (6 peppers)
1 Cup chopped red pepper (3 peppers)
1/2 Cup chopped jalapeno peppers
2 tsp paprika
Parsley or celery optional
1 tsp basic
1 tsp oregano
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 small cans tomato paste
2 Cups vinegar
1 Tbsp pickling salt
2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ingredients for 1 hour with the lid off. Put in jars and seal.

Notes: this is a more sweeter salsa than it is hot. When you use your fresh garden tomatoes it's the best!
