6 T butter
1 cup green onions, chopped
6 cups water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
⅔ cup uncooked rice
1 can Carnation milk
4 potatoes, small cubes
2 carrots, sliced thin
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach

Large pot

Directions:
Directions:
Saute: butter and green onion in large pot

Add and bring to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes:
6 cups water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
⅔ cup rice
Carnation milk
potatoes
carrots

Next add frozen spinach bring to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes
