1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
7 tbsp.shortening
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add water and mix until ingredients are just mixed. Roll dough on floured surface into a circle, allowing an extra 1 ½ inch for overlap. Fit into pan, rolling extra crust under and fluting edge. Bake crust at 425ºF for 15 minutes or until golden.
