Shrimp (med.) raw: 1 1/2 lbs
Asparagus: 1 lbs
Garlic cloves: 3
Fresh Presley: 3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice: 1 1/2 Tbsp

Pasta or Rice

Paprika: 1/4 tsp
Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Red Pepper Flakes: 1/8 tsp
Salt: 3/4 tsp
Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp
Butter: 3 Tbsp

1. Preheat oven to 400º F

2. Line pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking oil. Add asparagus and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil- add garlic, salt, pepper- toss until coated then line asparagus in single layer. Roast 4-6 mins depending on thickness.

3. Remove tails from shrimp.

4. Push Asparagus to one side of the pan and add shrimp- drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt, paprika, pepper, and fresh parsley- place on pan in a single layer.

5. Top asparagus with 1 Tbsp cubed butter, top shrimp with 2 Tbsp cubed butter and roast for 6 minutes.

6. Remove pan from oven and drizzle w/ lemon juice seasoning and serve with pasta or rice.
