3 (5-inch) large croissants
1 (8-oz) package chopped cooked ham
1 (5-oz) package shredded swiss cheese
6 eggs
1 cup half-and-half
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. honey
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Chop croissants into 10 to 12 pieces.

Place in a lightly greased 9×9-inch deep dish pan.

Sprinkle ham and cheese over chopped croissants.

Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, dry mustard, honey, salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture over croissant mixture.

Press croissants down to submerge into egg mixture.

Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 325º F.

Bake casserole covered for 35 minutes.

Uncover and bake an additional 25 minutes, or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Ham & Cheese Croissant Casserole – love this overnight breakfast casserole! Ham, croissants, swiss cheese, eggs, half-and-half, dry mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Assemble the night before and bake in the morning. Great way to use up any leftover holiday ham!!
