4 c water
3 ½ c macaroni noodles
2 t salt
4 T butter
½ t dry mustard
¼ t paprika
Dash of cayenne
4 c shredded cheese
1-12 ounce can evaporated milk
¼ c water or milk as needed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, noodles and salt in instant pot. Cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes. When timer beeps, vents the instant pot. Add butter, mustard, paprika, and cayenne, stir together. Turn instant pot to saute and add shredder and milk, and add more milk or water if you want it thinner.
