¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup white wine
2 large shallots, minced (4 T.)
1 cup (2 cubes) unsalted, soft butter

Directions:

Reduce vinegar and wine with shallots on high heat til 2 T liquid.
Then add butter. Whisk while melting.
Season with salt and pepper.
