2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1/3 c pure maple syrup

8 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2
Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a foil-lined rimmed baking pan. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle with bacon, salt and pepper. Toss to coat

Step 3
Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup; toss to coat. Roast until Brussels Sprouts are caramelized and bacon is crispy, 10 to 15 minutes more.
