1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cup cold milk
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz cool whip
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1.2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions in a 9x13 greased pan. Cool. Whisk together milk and pudding mix. Let stand till thickened. Stir in well drained pineapple. Spread on cake. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla till smooth. Beat in 1 cup whipped topping then fold in the rest of the whipped topping. Spread over pudding and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Refrigerate.
